How to cook delicious and juicy battered chops

Ingredients:
800 g pork tenderloin
1 tsp. salt
pinch of black pepper
3 cloves of garlic
250 g of carbonated water

For the batter:
2 eggs
2 tbsp. l. soy sauce
2 tbsp. l. sour cream
4 tbsp. l. flour
pinch of salt

Cut the meat into pieces about 1 cm thick. Cover with cling film and beat well. Mix the garlic, salt, pepper and carbonated water separately. Leave the beaten meat to marinate for 1 hour, or longer.

Then mix the ingredients for the batter. Mayonnaise will also work instead of sour cream. You can use mayonnaise. The batter should be very thick.

Dip each chop into the batter on all sides and fry in a frying pan with oil over medium heat until golden brown. Enjoy!
