10 mushrooms

1 onion
400 g of sour cream

Preparation:
Cut the meat into pieces and fry. Grate the cheese, fry the carrots and onions. Peel and chop the mushrooms and potatoes and fry them until golden brown.
Then place the potatoes on the bottom of the pot, then the fried meat and mushrooms, and then the roast and pour sour cream on top.
