Ingredients:
200 g smoked flank steak (shponder)
200 g hunting sausages
1 kg beef or veal
2 onions
2 tomatoes
1 bell pepper
1 carrot
6-8 potatoes
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. smoked paprika
ground black pepper
salt

Preparation:
In a thick-bottomed saucepan, fry the shponder cut into small pieces. Add the chopped meat and fry until a crust forms. Then add the finely chopped onion, fry for a few minutes.
Add the paprika and stir so that it does not burn. Then pour in water to cover the meat and add the sliced hunting sausages. Cover and cook for 30 minutes. Then add the finely chopped pepper, tomatoes and squeezed garlic. Cook for another 40 minutes.
Then add the chopped potatoes and carrots, cut into small cubes. Add salt, pour in water to the desired thickness and cook until the potatoes and carrots are cooked. Before serving, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs. Enjoy!
