- 1-2 onions
- 1 sweet pepper
- cauliflower 500 g
- 7 mushrooms
- paprika
- olive oil
- greens
- salt, pepper
- bay leaf

Preparation:< /p>
Pour oil into a heated pan, put sliced garlic, fry until you smell garlic in the kitchen. Then cut the onion and put it in the pan with the garlic. After that, add pepper and mushrooms. Grate fresh cauliflower.
Cook everything covered for 10 minutes. Then add paprika and mushroom seasoning and simmer for 3 minutes. Salt and pepper, put a bay leaf.
Cut the greens and put them a minute before removing the dish from the stove. Pilaf is ready. Serve to the table. Delicious!
