Ingredients:
egg
2 chicken fillets
breadcrumbs –
dried parsley
2 cloves of garlic
130 g onion
250 g chopped tomatoes
150 g cheese
15 g oil
salt, pepper, dried garlic, oregano
Preparation:
Flatten the fillets on both sides. Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with dried garlic and oregano. Then dip in beaten eggs and roll in breadcrumbs. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 20 minutes. In the meantime, fry the garlic, onion, chopped tomatoes.
Salt, pepper and add spices. Fry until the liquid evaporates. Then place on the chops, grate cheese on top and put in the oven for another 10-15 minutes to brown the cheese. Delicious!
