How to cook delicious chicken legs in cheese sauce

Ingredients:
1 kg of chicken meat (legs, fillets, thighs)
1 onion
1-2 carrots
4 tbsp. l. sour cream
200 g processed cheese
salt, ground black pepper
oil for frying

Preparation:

Wash and dry the drumsticks. Salt, pepper and fry in a saucepan until golden brown. After that, transfer the meat to a plate. In the same vessel where the drumsticks were fried, stew the grated carrot and finely chopped onion.

Add sour cream and melted cheese and pour boiling water over it. Salt, pepper, add spices to taste and put the drumsticks in this sauce. Cover the saucepan with a lid and simmer the meat for another 30 minutes over low heat. Delicious!
