1 kg of small crucian carp

Sauce:
5 tbsp. l. sour cream
70 ml of soy sauce
6 cloves of garlic, 3 onions
1 tbsp. l. mustard, 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice
salt, fish seasoning
Preparation

Clean the fish, wash thoroughly under running water. Make cuts on both sides of the back. Take a baking sheet, cover with parchment and lay out the onion cut into rings. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce.
Grease each fish on both sides with the sauce and place on the onion. Place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for 40 minutes. The fish is ready. Serve and enjoy. Delicious!
