How to cook delicious cutlets with a “surprise”

Many cooks are looking for interesting and unusual recipes for familiar dishes that start to get boring after a while. This recipe for standard meatballs is slightly modified: new ingredients have been added and, accordingly, the dish opens up in a new taste.

Products (for 6 meatballs):

  • minced meat – 0.4 kg;< /li>
  • onion – 100 g;
  • garlic – 1-2 cloves;
  • chicken egg – 1 piece;
  • loaf (crackers) – 30 g;
  • milk – 60 ml;
  • parsley and dill;
  • salt and black pepper;
  • pickled cucumbers (gherkins) – 6 pieces;
  • raw-smoked bacon – 6 strips.

Step-by-step preparation

  1. Put minced meat in a bowl. Onions and garlic cloves are rubbed there. Finely chop the dill and parsley and send to the minced meat.
  2. Pour the egg into the bowl. The loaf is softened with milk, and then added to the minced meat. The ingredients are salted and peppered.
  3. Then the components are mixed and a base is obtained from which cutlets are molded with wet hands.
  4. Then each piece of meat is placed on a gherkin. They make it so that the pickled cucumber is in the very heart of the patty and is not visible.
  5. Next, the patties are wrapped with bacon. Then it remains to put it in a baking dish and put it in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, for 35-40 minutes.
