Ingredients:
500 g pollock fillet
100 g mozzarella
1 egg 120 g
15 g ghee
50 g white bread
15 g olive oil
salt, pepper
Preparation:
Defrost the fish and dry with napkins or paper towels. Chop the leek and fry in ghee. Drizzle the bread with olive oil. Combine the pollock, bread, egg, onion, salt and pepper and blend in a blender or twist through a meat grinder.
Grease the muffin tins with oil, put the minced meat in there, tamping it well and sprinkle with grated mozzarella. Bake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 20 minutes. Here are your delicious fish muffins ready. Serve. Enjoy!
