Step-by-step preparation
- Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips. Meat is salted, peppered, spices are added to taste, for example, dried garlic and paprika. Mix thoroughly and leave the fillet to marinate.
- While the meat is infused, cook the zucchini. The fruit is peeled and grated on a medium grater. Squeeze the juice and put it in a bowl.
- Grate carrots on a medium grater for the zucchini. Add onion to it, but it is better to grate it on a fine grater.
- Add eggs and flour to the mixture. The components are salted and peppered, you can add your favorite spices.
- The ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Then heat the pan with oil. After that, the zucchini mass is spread with a tablespoon, and a piece of fillet is placed on top. Then they put another tablespoon of zucchini mass to cover the meat.
- The fritters are fried on both sides under the lid until a golden crust forms.
