Ingredients
- Sweet pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 allspice
- 1 clove
- 2.5 tbsp. l. vinegar
< li>6 peppercorns
Tomato juice:
- for 1 liter – 4 tbsp. l. sugar
- 1.5 tbsp. l. salt
Preparation:
Boil the peeled and sliced pepper in a pan for 3 minutes after boiling.
Boiled remove the pepper from the water and place it tightly in the jars. Prepare tomato juice in advance, boil it for 10 minutes. Pour the juice over the peppers and close the lids.
Put the jars upside down and cover with a blanket. Let it stand until completely cool. Bon appetit! All ingredients are calculated for a 0.8 liter can.
