Ingredients:
1 rabbit carcass
3 medium onions
2 medium carrots
150 ml of dry white wine
3 tbsp. sour cream
1 tsp. oregano
salt, pepper to taste

Preparation:
Disassemble the rabbit carcass into parts. Fry until golden brown. Place in a dish in which you will cook in the oven. Cut the vegetables into large pieces, add to the meat. Season with salt, add oregano, wine, sour cream.
Pour hot water to cover the meat. Cover and place in a preheated oven. Cook for the first 15 minutes at 200 degrees. Then set the temperature to 180 degrees and cook for another 1 hour and 15 minutes. Enjoy!
