How to cook delicious shurpa

Ingredients for a 5 liter pot:

1 kg of meat
1 kg of potatoes
1 large pepper
1 carrot
1 onion
bunch of herbs
4 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp. l. spices for shurpa
salt
pepper
oil for frying

Preparation:

Fry meat cut into large pieces in oil until golden brown . Add diced onions and carrots and fry. Add spices for shurpa. Throw in hot water, add spices to the broth and cook until the meat is ready.

Cut the potatoes into 4 parts and throw into the broth. Cook until the potatoes are ready. Add chopped pepper and salt. At the end, put squeezed garlic and finely chopped greens. Delicious!
