How to cook delicious stuffed bagels

Many people remember delicious stuffed bagels with cheese, baked in the oven. This was once a very popular holiday dish, but you can still make and enjoy them now.

Ingredients:
350 g of bagels
500 g of meat to taste
0.5 l of milk
200 g of hard cheese
1 onion
5 tbsp. oils
salt, pepper to taste
Preparation:
Twist the meat and onion, make minced meat, salt, pepper. Put the bagels in a saucepan with milk for 5 minutes on one side, and then on the other, so that they become soft.
Put them on a plate, and make small balls from the minced meat, which you need to put in each bagel, pressing with your fingers in the middle.
Put the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment, sprinkle them with grated cheese on top. Place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 20 minutes. Delicious!
