How to cook delicious stuffed mushrooms

Stuffed mushrooms are a simple and well-known, but very tasty snack that can become a real decoration of the table. They are prepared quickly, and you can choose the filling to your taste. Did you know that mushrooms contain a lot of protein and antioxidants that strengthen the immune system?
Ingredients:
- 500 g of large mushrooms
- 200 g of chicken fillet
- 1 onion
- 100 g of hard cheese
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to cook:
First, prepare the mushrooms: remove the stems, leaving only the caps. Finely chop the stems. Fry the chopped stems with finely chopped onion over medium heat until golden brown. Add the finely chopped chicken fillet, continue frying until the meat is cooked, salt and pepper. When the filling has cooled slightly, add the sour cream and mix.
Fill the mushroom caps with the prepared filling. Place on a baking sheet greased with oil and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese melts and turns golden.
