Ingredients:
600-700 g of veal
150 ml of dry white wine
200 ml of cream
300 g of mushrooms
salt to taste

Preparation:
Wash and dry the veal, cut into cubes. Fry in a frying pan heated with oil until a crust forms. Then transfer to a container in which you will stew, pour in the wine and cook over medium heat. Cut the onion into half rings, and the mushrooms into 4 pieces.
Fry and add to the pan to the meat. Salt, pepper to taste and pour in the cream. Simmer over medium heat until the meat is tender. If necessary, you can add a little water. Serve with your favorite side dish. Enjoy!
