How to cook dumplings in the oven

Do you love deruni, but want to avoid excess fat? Cooking deruni in the oven will allow you to preserve their taste and structure without excess oil. In addition, deruni in the oven are lighter, which makes them a healthier alternative to fried ones.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons flour
