To prevent eggs from cracking and peeling easily, you only need to take into account a few nuances when cooking.
To keep eggs from cracking as much as possible, it is better to take them out of the refrigerator in advance. Eggs at room temperature will experience less temperature drop.
Before cooking, you need to clean the eggs from dirt. If they are strong, you need to use a detergent and a brush.
First, you need to bring the water to a boil, add salt to it, and then carefully lower the eggs. You can use a spoon, slotted spoon, or other kitchen utensils. It is not recommended to throw eggs into the pan – they may crack. If you put eggs in cold water, the white will coagulate slowly and stick to the inner shell. It will be difficult to peel such an egg.
After boiling, you can reduce the heat. Cook the eggs to the desired degree of doneness. In a bag for 2 minutes, soft-boiled for 3-6 minutes, hard-boiled for 9-10 minutes. After that, the yolk begins to dry out, compounds are formed that slightly color the yolk. This is harmless, but can spoil the appearance of the dish.
After boiling, you need to put the eggs in cold water for about 10 minutes. This is necessary so that the shell easily lags behind the protein.
