If you try to boil eggs according to the recipe described below, you will see that this product can have a more delicate texture than an egg cooked in the usual way.

To make boiled “chicken caviar” extremely tasty, place the eggs in cold water and place on the stove.

After that, you should wait for the water to boil and turn off the heat. As soon as you do this, cover the pan with a lid.

After 10 minutes, you can remove the lid and put the eggs to cool – to do this, fill the contents of the pan with cold water and wait a while.
