How to cook fish in garlic-nut sauce for dinner

Ingredients

The following products are needed for cooking:

  • fish – 0.5 kg;
  • walnuts – 1 glass;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • vinegar 3%;
  • salt, pepper

How to cook

The fish must be cleaned and immediately cut into portions. Boil the fish for 10-15 minutes until ready.

Now we move on to the sauce. It is necessary to thoroughly grind peeled walnuts, garlic, and salt. Add chopped onions to them, add a little vinegar. Mix thoroughly. The sauce should be boiled for 10 minutes.

Fish is served with sauce and vegetables. Delicious!
