How to cook fluffy and appetizing pea cutlets

Cutlets can be prepared not only from meat. Pea songs are also a tasty alternative. The cooking process is simple, so take the recipe to the culinary piggy bank.

Ingredients

The following products are needed for cooking:

  • peas — 230 g;
  • onion — 1 pc.;
  • water — 1.5 l;
  • < li aria-level="1">carrot – 1 pc.;

  • oil – 3 tablespoons;
  • semolina – 50 g;
  • salt, pepper.

How to cook

Peas must be soaked. It is better to take chopped. Leave in water for three hours. Then strain and transfer to a pan of clean water. Cook for an hour.

Chop the onion and carrot and fry in oil. The roots should become soft. Mix with peas and beat with a blender. Add spices and semolina to the mass. Leave for 20 minutes.

Now you can form patties. Fry on each side for 2-3 minutes. Delicious!
