How to cook fluffy and appetizing pea cutlets

- peas — 230 g;
- onion — 1 pc.;
- water — 1.5 l;
- oil – 3 tablespoons;
- semolina – 50 g;
- salt, pepper.

How to cook
Peas must be soaked. It is better to take chopped. Leave in water for three hours. Then strain and transfer to a pan of clean water. Cook for an hour.
Chop the onion and carrot and fry in oil. The roots should become soft. Mix with peas and beat with a blender. Add spices and semolina to the mass. Leave for 20 minutes.
Now you can form patties. Fry on each side for 2-3 minutes. Delicious!
