Ingredients for 10 pieces:
200 g sour milk cheese
250 g flour
2 eggs
salt, sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
30 g of oil
For the filling:
cabbage
pepper, salt
tomato paste
onion
Preparation
Mix together all the ingredients for the dough. You can use a combine harvester or by hand. The dough may stick to your hands a little. Add 30 g of flour if the dough is very thin. Prepare the filling. You can put any, but they are very tasty with stewed cabbage.
If your cabbage is ready, then start forming patties. Make them low so that they are well fried. Place on a frying pan heated with oil and fry over medium heat with the lid on. Delicious!
