How to cook fried and marinated mushrooms in 3 hours

Ingredients
The following products are needed for cooking:
- champignons – 0, 5 kg;
- oil – 2 tablespoons;
- grain mustard – 1 tsp;

- salt – 1 tsp;
- lemon juice – 1 tbsp;
- onion – 1 piece;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- dill – 1 bunch ;
- parsley – 1 bunch;
- boiling water – 80 ml.
How to cook
Prepare the mushrooms and cut them in half. In a pan heated with oil, fry them until golden brown. Transfer to a bowl.
Now season the mushrooms with mustard, salt, and lemon juice. Also add chopped onions, greens, and garlic to them. Pour boiling water over the appetizer.
Pour the mushroom plate with boiling water. Cover with cling film. Put in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Perfect mushrooms are ready. Delicious!
