How to cook “Galushki with a secret”: a familiar dish with a new taste

Ingredients:

  • buckwheat flour – 120 g;
  • chicken eggs – 2 pieces;
  • milk – 0.1 l;
  • salt – ½ teaspoon;
  • butter – 30 g;
  • lard – 0.1 kg;
  • sour cream – 2-3 tablespoons;
  • garlic – 2 cloves.

Step by step preparation

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl, then add the milk, butter and salt. Beat the ingredients with a whisk.
  2. Next, gradually pour in the flour and make sure that there is not too much of it in the dough.
  3. Then the preparations are made: the dough is divided into three parts, and flags are made from it , which are cut into small pieces. They are rolled into balls, and then slightly pressed with a finger.
  4. Cut the lard into strips and fry in a pan until golden brown.
  5. While the lard is cooking, the dumplings are cooked in a pan. After that, they are added to lard. Add sour cream, garlic passed through a press, pepper. Mix the ingredients and cook the dish in a pan for another 5 minutes.
  6. Before serving, you can decorate with greens.
