Ingredients:
- buckwheat flour – 120 g;
- chicken eggs – 2 pieces;
- milk – 0.1 l;
- salt – ½ teaspoon;
- butter – 30 g;
- lard – 0.1 kg;
- sour cream – 2-3 tablespoons;
- garlic – 2 cloves.
Step by step preparation
- Beat the eggs in a bowl, then add the milk, butter and salt. Beat the ingredients with a whisk.
- Next, gradually pour in the flour and make sure that there is not too much of it in the dough.
- Then the preparations are made: the dough is divided into three parts, and flags are made from it , which are cut into small pieces. They are rolled into balls, and then slightly pressed with a finger.
- Cut the lard into strips and fry in a pan until golden brown.
- While the lard is cooking, the dumplings are cooked in a pan. After that, they are added to lard. Add sour cream, garlic passed through a press, pepper. Mix the ingredients and cook the dish in a pan for another 5 minutes.
- Before serving, you can decorate with greens.
