For the preparation of donuts we take:
- 1 Egg
- 150 ml of warm milk
- a pinch of salt
- 10 g of vanilla sugar
- frying oil
Add yeast and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Leave for 3-5 minutes. Then add egg, butter, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar. Mix everything. Then introduce the flour a little and knead the dough. After kneading, leave the dough in a warm place to rest for one hour. Roll the dough about 1 cm and form donuts. Fry on both sides in a lot of odorless oil and place on a paper towel to absorb excess fat. When the donuts are cooled, they can be sprinkled with powder or dipped in glaze or chocolate.
