The process of making pancakes

For the dough, mix eggs, milk, flour and salt in a separate container. The consistency should be lump-free. Now you can add spinach puree to the dough and mix everything thoroughly.
Fry the pancakes in a well-heated pan, periodically greasing the bottom with vegetable oil.
