- garlic – 5 cloves;

- oil – 60 ml.
How to cook
In a bowl, mix hot pepper and a small amount of water, to moisten it. Chop the garlic. Add it to pepper, as well as salt, vinegar, sesame. Heat the oil to a boil and pour in the seasoning. Mix it.
When the seasoning cools down, you can store it in the refrigerator. It is very spicy and aromatic. Delicious!
