How to cook hrinoder with fresh ginger root

Ripe, tasty tomatoes, as well as fresh garlic and horseradish root are important to him. For even greater benefit and spiciness, we suggest adding a little fresh ginger root to the usual ingredients. Ginger is known to be an excellent antioxidant, and this is very important in winter.
The sauce will be even hotter, so adjust the amount of roots to your taste.
How to cook:
To prepare hrinoder, we will take tomatoes, garlic, ginger root, horseradish root, chili, salt.
- Wash approximately 1 kg of tomatoes, cut off the stem, clean the cloves from 2 heads of garlic. Horseradish roots 80 g, cleaned and cut into pieces, a piece of ginger root 20 g cleaned and also cut.
- First, put the sharp cut into the bowl of the food processor and break it as small as possible.
- We will lay out mass in a pan that does not oxidize.
- Then in 0.5 pcs. remove the seeds from the chili pepper and also cut it, add it together with the tomatoes to the food processor. Beat until homogenous.
- For higher-quality grinding, you can use an immersion blender, there is one minus – the mass is saturated with air, and you will have to “drive it out” by settling with mixing.
- Add in the obtained mass of coarse non-iodized salt 1 tsp. with a top, but you need to taste it. You can add more salt to taste.
- Send the pan with the gorloder to a cool place and periodically stir, dissolving the salt and expelling the air – the mass will become bright red.
- Lay the sauce into dry, sterile jars and close. Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
