How to cook juicy beef in the oven

Beef is a meat that often turns out to be dry and tough when cooked. This is because it does not have a fatty layer like pork. However, if you bake beef in the oven correctly, you will have an incredibly tasty and juicy dish that is great to eat hot or serve as a cold cut.

To cook 1 kg of beef, take 1 tbsp. salt, 1 tbsp. of pepper mixture, 1 tbsp. honey, 1 tbsp. mustard. Rub the meat thoroughly with all the ingredients and leave to marinate for at least 10 hours.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, wrap the meat in foil and bake for 60 minutes. After 30 minutes of cooking, the temperature should be increased to 200 degrees – the meat will cook evenly, while not losing juiciness, if the foil is tightly closed, so we recommend wrapping in 2-3 layers.
Honey will give not only a pleasant flavor, but also a caramel-golden crust. If you want a more saturated color, then 10 minutes before readiness, unwrap the meat, grease with cherry sauce or jam (without berries) and bake uncovered. The combination is perfect! Be sure to try cooking.
