How to cook juicy chopped chicken cutlets with mushrooms and cheese

Cutlets chicken often comes out dry and mushy. But if you don't make minced meat from the fillet, but cut it finely and add mushrooms and cheese, you will get an incredibly juicy dish. Try to cook and this recipe will become one of your favorites.

To prepare such cutlets, you need to take:
- 500 g of chicken fillet
- 300 g of mushrooms
- 100 g of hard cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- salt and spices to taste
- bunch of fresh greens
Cut the fillet and mushrooms into cubes, this should be done with a sharp knife so that the pieces are small, but do not use a blender or meat grinder.
Grate the hard cheese on the large side of the grater.
Mix the ingredients in a bowl, add the egg, salt, spices, herbs and starch. Mix thoroughly.
These patties do not need to be shaped by hand and rolled in flour. It is enough to put it with a spoon immediately on a heated frying pan, greased with oil.
Fry for 5-7 minutes, covered with a lid, until golden brown. The ruddy cutlets will be not only beautiful, but also juicy.
