  • tomato paste – 1 tbsp. L.
  • Carrots – 1 pc
  • Water – 250 ml.
  • breadcrumbs – 30 g. Grind in a blender, mix with potato starch, sour cream, onions and carrots, salt and pepper. With wet hands, form cutlets, roll in breadcrumbs and fry on two sides over medium heat for 5 minutes. Mix tomato paste with water, pour the cutlets and simmer them for 5 minutes under the lid. Fish cutlets are ready, can be served with a garnish, including delicious with rice porridge or pasta.
