How to cook juicy meat rolls with cheese

Did you know that meat rolls can be a great alternative to the usual hot dishes? They look festive, are quick to prepare, and your guests will definitely like them. Try the combination of juicy meat and tender cheese.
Ingredients:
- pork or chicken steak (thin) – 500 g;
- hard cheese – 150 g;
- mustard (optional) – 1 tbsp. l.;
- salt, pepper – to taste;
- oil for frying.
Thin pieces of meat are lightly beaten, salted, peppered and, if desired, greased with mustard. The cheese is cut into long pieces. Each piece of meat is wrapped in a roll with cheese inside and secured with toothpicks.
The rolls are fried in hot oil on all sides until golden brown, then a little water is added, covered and simmered over low heat for 10-15 minutes. The toothpicks are removed before serving.
The dish is juicy and rich, and the melted cheese inside gives it a special charm.
