How to cook Kyiv-style meatballs from minced meat

These are not classic Kiev cutlets, they prepared from minced meat. This recipe turns out very tasty. Read, cook and taste.

1 kg chicken fillet
4 eggs
200 g butter
1 bunch of herbs
1 tbsp. l. salt
pepper
flour for breading
breadcrumbs
oil for frying (500-700 ml)
Finely chop the greens you like. mash the soft butter with a fork and mix with the herbs. Wrap it with a bar in cling film and put it in the freezer for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the minced meat.
Add the egg, salt, pepper, mix well and beat the minced meat. Remove the butter from the freezer and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Mix 3 eggs with 50 ml of water until smooth.
Form patties with wet hands, put butter inside, wrap well, giving the patty shape. Dip in flour, then in egg and in breadcrumbs.
Fry in a pan heated with oil on all sides for 7 minutes. Place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Then place on a baking sheet and place in an oven heated to 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Delicious!
