How to cook lean meatballs with mushrooms so that they are tasty
Fasting time. Therefore, you need to control what dishes you serve on the table. If you adhere to the principle of cooking lean food, then the recipe for such mushroom cutlets will come in handy.
Ingredients
The following products are required for preparation:
- oat flakes – 50 g;
- boiling water – 80 ml;
- onion – 1 pc.;
- carrot – 1 piece;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- mushrooms – 50 g;
- potatoes – 200 g;
- greens;
- salt, pepper.
How to cook
Palstivka should be poured with boiling water so that they become soft. Finely chop the onion and fry it in a pan with oil. Put grated carrots and garlic there.
Mushrooms can be cut very finely or grated. Add them to the vegetables. Fry under the lid.
When the water evaporates, transfer the mixture to a bowl. Add greens, flakes. You can mix with a blender. In the same mixture, put grated potatoes, salt, and pepper.
Heat the pan and place the cutlets with a spoon on the pan. Fry on medium heat on both sides. Cutlets are ready. Delicious!
