How to cook lentil soup in just 15 minutes
Lentils belong to the food products that should be in our diet on a regular basis.
Thanks to this, we can maintain health for long years and forget about accelerated aging.
Therefore, a great lunch option can be an original puree soup.
How to cook lentil soup
List of products :
- a glass of red lentils
- one carrot and onion each;
- one tomato;
- a spoonful of tomato pasta;
- four glasses of water;
- salt and spices at your discretion;
- oil for frying.
Preparation :
We send already fried onions and carrots to the pan. We also send the lentils washed under running water here (you don't need to soak them beforehand). Pour in the specified amount of water.
Add spices and salt.
Also add tomato paste and one chopped tomato (without skin). After the base of the soup boils, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook for 15 minutes on moderate heat.
Then, using a blender, puree the dish and serve, garnished with greens and sour cream as desired.
