Ingredients:
200 g red lentils
2 carrots
2 onions
two cloves of garlic
400 ml of cream
400 g of tomato sauce
1.5 tsp. curry seasoning
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. grated ginger
0.5 tsp. coriander
salt, pepper to taste
oil for frying
lemon juice
herbs to taste
Preparation:
Soak the lentils in water. In the meantime, prepare the vegetables. Dice the onion, grate the carrot and squeeze the garlic. Stew carrots, onions and garlic until cooked, add spices.
Then add tomato sauce and cream, stir and add lentils. Stew for 10 minutes until cooked. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs and sprinkle with lemon juice before serving. Delicious!
