How to quickly salt fish
For salting, the red fish fillet must be fresh and high-quality. Cut it into slices 1 cm wide. Let's move on to preparing the brine. You will need:
- 5 tsp. salt;
- 5 tsp. sugar;
- 75 ml boiling water.
Stir everything together so that the salt and sugar dissolve well. Add 100 ml of oil to the brine. If you have spices for fish, you can add more to taste. Cover the fish in a container and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Enjoy!
