- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons of honey

- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 100 ml of water or broth
- Frying oil

First prepare the liver. Remove the excess film and cut it into small pieces. Rinse and dry with a paper towel. After that, fry the liver in a heated pan with a little oil until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. It is important not to over-fry, as the liver can become tough.
Set the liver aside and fry the onion in the same pan until golden. Add the finely chopped garlic and continue to fry for a few more minutes.
Now it's time to make the sauce. Add honey, soy sauce and water or broth to the onion and garlic. Mix all the ingredients and bring the sauce to a boil. After that, put the liver back in the pan and simmer it over low heat for another 10 minutes so that it soaks up the sauce.
