Ingredients:
500 g chicken stomachs
1 onion
1.5 tbsp. l. vinegar
1.5 tbsp. oil
dill
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
pinch of ground black pepper
Preparation:
Wash the chicken ventricles, peel them and cook in salted water until cooked for about 1.5 hours.
Cut the boiled ventricles into strips, add the onion, cut into half rings, garlic, herbs, sugar, salt, vinegar, oil, pepper and mustard.
Mix and leave to marinate for 3 hours. After that, you can serve and taste. Delicious!
