What is needed for delicious meatballs
To begin with, you need to prepare the ingredients:
- minced meat – 1 kg;
- onion – 2 pcs.;
- garlic – 3 cloves;
- salt – 1.5 tsp;
- breadcrumbs – 100 g;
- ground black pepper;
- vegetable oil.
The classic recipe also includes bread and milk. As for bread, you will need about 250 g per kilogram of minced meat. And the last ingredient in the list of ingredients can be broth or water.
Step-by-step cooking process
For a guaranteed result, you need the following:
- Spread ⅓ of the bread with milk or water. Leave to soak.
- For minced meat, it is recommended to take a mix of pork and beef. This will make the dish juicy.
- Add chopped onion, garlic, pepper, salt and bread to the minced meat. Mix everything to a homogeneous mass and put it in the refrigerator for 45 minutes.
- At the last stage, form cutlets, roll them in breadcrumbs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake cutlets in the oven for 35-40 minutes. Delicious!
