How to cook mushroom pate

Ingredients:
400 g of champignons
1 onion
1 carrot
150 g of cream cheese
salt, pepper, a pinch of nutmeg
2 cloves of garlic
50 g of butter
oil
Preparation:
Wash and clean the mushrooms. You can use different types of mushrooms. Dice the onion, grate the carrots. Fry the vegetables for 10 minutes. Add the chopped mushrooms. Simmer everything for 20 minutes.
Then add the butter, garlic and spices. Simmer for another 7 minutes. Add the cream cheese, and blend everything with a blender. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place in a tray, you can drizzle melted butter on top. Enjoy!
