How to cook mushroom patties from champignons, for which there will be a queue

Mushroom patties should not be considered analogues of meat. It's just a delicious stand-alone dish. If you like mushrooms, you will like these cutlets. The recipe is simple and affordable. Whoever tastes the mushroom patties will ask for a supplement.

Ingredients

The following products are needed for preparation:

  • champignons – 250 d;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • egg – 1 pc;
  • breadcrumbs – 130 g;
  • salt, pepper;
  • oil.

How to cook

Mushrooms should be cleaned and boiled. 15 minutes will be enough. Grind half of the onion and mushrooms into a puree with a blender. Spices, one egg and 20-30 g of breadcrumbs should be added to the mushroom mass. Mix the minced meat.

Form appetizing patties. Bread them in breadcrumbs. Fry on both sides in a well-heated pan with oil. Delicious!
