If you love cake “Napoleon”, and the prospect of baking thin cakes does not please you, then this recipe is your find. Try making a pita cake with custard and fruit or other additional goodies (nuts or berries).

To prepare, you need to take:
Lavash — 1 package (3 pcs.)
Milk — 250 ml
Eggs — 2 pcs
Sugar — 100 g
Flour — 50 g
Corn starch — 1 tsp.< br> Fruits – 300 g
Sugar – 2 tbsp.
Corn starch 1 tbsp. (just for the fruit filling)
The pita should be dried in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 5-7 minutes (focus on your oven and the thickness and softness of the pita you have).
< p>Then we prepare the cream: we need to beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer or a whisk. Add flour, starch, cold milk. Place in a water bath and constantly stir with a whisk until the cream mass becomes thick. Remove and cool the cream.
Fruits (for example, apricots or peaches), sugar, starch should be boiled on low heat for 3-4 minutes. Then cool, beat with a blender and add to the custard, which is already waiting for the cake to form. Sprinkle pita bread crumbs on top. We put it in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours. Done!
You can add other fruits, berries, nuts if you wish.
