4 eggs

500 ml milk
200 g sifted flour
30 ml olive oil

200 g cream cheese
250 g lightly salted fish

Preparation
Beat the eggs, add salt, milk, flour, oil. Mix everything thoroughly and fry over medium heat on both sides. From time to time, grease the pan with oil so that the pancakes do not stick.
After the pancakes have cooled, grease them with cream cheese, put the fish inside. Roll the pancakes and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour to harden. Serve cut into rolls and decorated with greens. Delicious!
