How to cook pancakes without flour: the original way
Thin pancakes are a great option both for preparing dessert and for other various hearty dishes with meat or salmon. The dish can be supplemented with cheese, condensed milk, sour cream or more hearty fillings, so that no one will be left indifferent.
At the same time, flour is not needed in the cooking process. We share a simple recipe:
Ingredients:
- eggs – 3 pcs.;
- sugar – 2 tbsp. l.;
- salt – 1 tsp.;
- vegetable oil – 50 ml.;
- milk – 600 ml.;
- starch – 300 grams.
Flour in the dough should be replaced with potato starch. For this amount of ingredients, it is enough to take only 300 g of bulk product.
Cooking process:
Eggs should be beaten with a whisk, and then mixed with salt and sugar.
After that, you need to pour 300 ml of warm milk, and then add starch.
As soon as the mass becomes homogeneous, you can add another part of milk.
Pancakes should be baked on medium heat. The pan should be well heated and greased with oil for the first pancake. Further, it is not necessary to lubricate, since there is enough oil in the dough.
