How to cook perfect sushi rice

However, the difficulty of making rolls is that not every housewife is able to cook rice the way professional sushi chefs do.

But with the right approach and a good recipe, no difficulties will arise.

What products need to be prepared:

How to cook:

First of all, it is worth noting that you need to choose rice that is suitable for sushi. As a rule, manufacturers indicate this directly on the package.

Then we start to rinse it several times until the water becomes clear.

It is also worth noting that the glass should be standard – 200 ml.

Then we simply send it to cook with the specified amount of water. The important point is that it should be cooked under a closed lid and not peeped.

15 minutes of boiling is enough for readiness.

In a separate bowl, mix rice vinegar and salt with sugar. This special dressing should be poured over the finished rice and mixed well.
