How to cook pizza in a pan without dough

Pizza without classic dough in a frying pan is cooked quickly, and tastes even better. All because the base of such pizza is made of potatoes. You get 2 in 1 – potato salad and pizza.

For the base, grate 2-3 potatoes, add 1 egg, a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp. flour, preferably whole grain.

Stir and place on a frying pan, which you have previously greased with oil, but with a thin layer.

Place the potato dough on the frying pan, cover and cook over medium heat for up to 5 minutes. During this time, the bottom will cook and become golden brown. Turn the potato base over and spread the filling you have: sausage, mushrooms, sauce and cheese.

Cover with a lid for 5-7 minutes and cook until the cheese melts nicely.

The pizza is ready, take it out with a spatula and enjoy!
