What products are needed for the recipe
- 3 pollock carcasses;
- 1 medium-sized onion;
- half a bell pepper;
- a small spoonful each of mustard and lemon juice;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- salt, fresh herbs and seasoning at your discretion.
How to cook
The advantage of pollock prepared according to this recipe lies precisely in the special marinade, which will add piquancy and a pleasant taste:
- First, you need to mix lemon juice, mustard, chopped bell pepper, parsley with dill, garlic.
- Then the pollock is treated with the resulting composition. You can also sprinkle the fish with salt and spices on top.
- In this form, send the pollock to the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
- In the meantime, chop the onion so that it becomes a kind of “pillow” for the fish during the baking process.
- Take a sheet and cover it with parchment. Put a layer of onion and send the fish. It is important to cover the dish with a piece of foil on top.
Cooking in this form takes 15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. After this period of time, open the oven, remove the foil and cook the dish for the same amount of time.
