How to cook potato zrazy with mushrooms

Potato zrazy is a dish that always evokes nostalgia. And if the filling is mushrooms, then you don't even have to think about what to cook for dinner. A delicious combination that everyone likes.

Ingredients:

  • potatoes — 1 kg;
  • flour — 150 g;
  • egg — 1 pc.;
  • champignons — 300 g;
  • onion — 1 pc.;
  • salt, pepper, oil for frying.

The boiled potatoes are mashed, the egg and flour are added to make the dough. For the filling, the mushrooms and onions are finely chopped and fried until the liquid evaporates.

Form the potato dough into cakes, put a little filling in the center, wrap them up and form zrazy. Fry them in oil until golden brown. The zrazy are tender and juicy, and the mushroom filling gives them a special aroma. Cook and enjoy!
