1.3 kg of plums
10 tbsp. l. olive oil
7 cloves of garlic
2 pinches of salt
2.5 tsp. herbs to taste
Preparation:
Wash and dry the plums. Cut them in half and remove the bones. Place the peeled plums on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Salt and sprinkle with dry herbs. Rosemary, Italian herbs, thyme are good.
Put the tray with the plums in the oven heated to 80 degrees and leave to dry. The oven should have a half-open door. Dry for 6-7 hours.
After that, put chopped garlic on the bottom of a sterilized jar, then plums and sprinkle with dry herbs. And so layer by layer to the top.
Heat the oil and pour into the jar to completely cover the plums. Close the lid and put it in the refrigerator. Delicious!
